These Terms govern every purchase, download, license, or use of any product or service offered by Josh Automated LLP ("Josh Automated", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") through joshautomated.com or any associated sales channel, including Whop. By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any Josh Automated product, you ("the Customer", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, download, or use any Josh Automated product.
Josh Automated LLP develops and sells automated trading software ("Expert Advisors" or "EAs") for use with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, TradingView, and web-based platforms, along with associated documentation, licenses, indicators, and support. Products are sold strictly as software tools — not as investment products, managed accounts, financial services, or signal services.
Josh Automated is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment manager, or licensed financial institution of any kind. Nothing we publish or communicate — marketing material, product descriptions, support messages, or documentation — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence and, where appropriate, for consulting a licensed independent financial advisor before using any product with real funds. Any figures, targets, or projections referenced anywhere (including estimated return figures) are hypothetical, illustrative targets only — never guarantees or promises of future performance.
All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment confirmation via Whop, you will receive access to download your product via a download link, email, or dedicated delivery page. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout and to check your inbox (including spam/junk) for delivery communications. If delivery fails through no fault of your own, contact us via official support channels and we'll make reasonable efforts to re-deliver.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to purchase or use any Josh Automated product. You may not purchase or use any product if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where automated trading software or forex trading is illegal or restricted, or if you're subject to applicable trade sanctions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase and use of any product complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including financial services regulation, securities law, and tax obligations.
Violating this section may result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of support/update entitlement, and may expose the violating party to legal action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Josh Automated LLP is legally registered, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction requires otherwise. Any dispute should first be raised through our official support channels so we can attempt to resolve it directly before any formal legal action is pursued.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any product or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision here is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
Josh Automated respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We do not store payment card information. All payments are processed by Whop. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You are using Josh Automated products entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, for selecting a reputable and regulated broker, for maintaining a stable connection or VPS, for monitoring your own account, and for your regulatory and tax compliance. We do not recommend, endorse, or accept liability for the actions, solvency, or execution quality of any third-party broker.
Financial markets are inherently unpredictable. Automated systems operate on historical patterns that may not repeat. No strategy is guaranteed to be profitable, and trading automation does not eliminate trading risk.
Automated trading depends on internet connectivity, broker platform stability, and VPS uptime. Technical failures, outages, or third-party platform changes may cause trades to not execute as intended — Josh Automated is not responsible for these outcomes, whether or not a product was functioning correctly.
Trading on margin amplifies both gains and losses. Adverse price movements may result in losses exceeding your initial deposit, depending on your broker's terms.
Josh Automated is not responsible for broker actions including slippage, requotes, spread widening, execution delays, or broker insolvency. You are solely responsible for choosing a reputable, regulated broker.
We strongly recommend — and it may be a condition of certain licenses — that you test any product on a demo (non-live) account for a minimum of 30 days before deploying it with real capital.
By using any Josh Automated product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all risks in this disclosure.
Upon successful payment, Josh Automated LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license (except under a documented resale agreement) to install and use the purchased product strictly in accordance with the specific license terms packaged with that product.
Purchase grants a license to use the software — not ownership of it. No right, title, or ownership interest in any product is transferred to you upon purchase.
All products, source code, documentation, module architecture, strategy names, and branding — including "Josh Automated" and "Standard Target Bot" (STB™) — are the exclusive intellectual property of Josh Automated LLP. The "STB™" designation denotes our proprietary product branding; it is not a claim of registered trademark status. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action, including claims for copyright and trademark infringement.
Because digital products can be copied and used immediately upon delivery, all sales are final once a product has been delivered or accessed, except where required otherwise by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in these circumstances:
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at Joshautomated@gmail.com with your order details. Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method where possible, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.
Trading losses are never grounds for a refund. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of trading performance, dissatisfaction with results, or a change of mind after a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Josh Automated may, at its sole discretion, operate an affiliate or referral program in which approved affiliates earn commission on sales they directly and verifiably refer.
Affiliates are independent third parties — not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of Josh Automated. An affiliate has no authority to make representations, guarantees, or commitments on our behalf beyond what's expressly stated in our official marketing material.
Affiliates are solely and personally responsible for the claims and statements they make to prospective customers. We do not script or control an affiliate's individual conversations or promotional activity, and we disclaim liability for any false, exaggerated, or unauthorized statement an affiliate makes beyond our official marketing material. Affiliates must not promise guaranteed profits, guaranteed win rates, or risk-free trading, and are solely responsible for ensuring their own promotions comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection law in whatever jurisdiction they target.
We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, refuse, or claw back commission in cases of fraudulent referrals, chargebacks, refunds, or a referred sale later found to involve misrepresentation, and to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. We are not responsible for disputes between an affiliate and a customer or third party they referred — our only obligation to an affiliate is payment of properly earned and verified commission.
All products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant compatibility with every broker, server configuration, VPS provider, or platform build, and we're not responsible for third-party platform changes that affect a product's functionality. Updates and support may be provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in a paid support plan.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Josh Automated, its founders, partners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, download, or use of any product — including trading losses, lost profits, account liquidation, margin calls, broker execution failures, or internet/VPS outages. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you, under any theory, will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Josh Automated LLP, its founders, partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of any product, your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or any trading activity conducted using a Josh Automated product.
